Vizier's experts personally ensure the maximisation of your packhouse productivity based on your needs and resources. Through physical site visits and consultations, Vizier’s team designs and plans the layout of your pack lines based on your requirements.
Uncover new levels of packhouse productivity with our streamlined designs which optimise layouts for productive flow and fit into the existing space. Centred on capacities and product volumes, our packhouse designs incorporate ergonomic, power, reticulation, ventilation, lighting and hygiene considerations and are implemented according to global standards.
Following site visits where particular requirements for the pack line are obtained from the customer, CAD plans are prepared for the customer. During further discussion an optimum pack house plan is created.
pre-season services
Pre-season services are conducted to ensure the sorting and grading system will perform as specified and to upgrade software with the latest functionality. The system is calibrated and all sensors are verified for accurate performance. Diagnostic data is processed to indicate weighing performance of weighing cups or rollers/cradles, as well as measurement performance for the cameras on diameters, orientation and colour.

Electronic testing of the fruit friendliness of a packing line can be performed using an instrumented sphere with accelerometers in the three coordinate system. A detailed report will show areas where fruit damage is possible. Corrective measures are then suggested to ensure optimal functioning of your packing line by minimising potential fruit damage.
